ALL Adult Registration is now available via FUSION at the following website: Adult Registration


  • On home page click on Athletics button (red medal) and then click Register from drop down menu.
  • Once you've selected a program you will be prompted to sign in. 
  • If you haven't created an account/login this is where you'll create it.
  • Follow all prompts until registration is complete.
